Associated International Management (AIM) is one of the leading talent agencies in the UK and a proud member of the Personal Managers Association (PMA). Formed in 1985 by Derek Webster, we have represented some of the nation’s most successful theatre and television actors, including Lord Attenborough, John Thaw and Dennis Waterman. We have an impressive heritage, having merged with top London agencies The John Redway Group and Trans Creative Management. We have a wealth of experience as the ultimate ‘boutique’ agency, embodying the positive qualities of large and small agencies alike with a single list personally managed by agents Stephen Gittins, Jonathan Wild and Alexander Clarkson. We have a reputation for expert mentoring and meeting the needs of our clients, as we develop and nurture their careers.
We continue to represent a strong list of diverse and multi-skilled performers from Brian Blessed OBE to the freshest drama school graduates, placing our clients in feature films, television series and prominent theatres across the country and worldwide through our impressive network of casting directors. Having been located in London’s ‘Theatreland’ since its inception, AIM are thrilled to now be based at the world famous Elstree Studios in Borehamwood, a town with the biggest cluster of film and television studios in the UK, including BBC Elstree and Sky Studios Elstree. From our new home in ‘British Hollywood’, we look forward to this exciting chapter in our agency’s history, representing our current list with passion and seeking out the stars of the future.
